About delivery timeNormally, we will deliver to the delivery company within 1 to 3 business days, excluding the order date. Delivery may be delayed depending on the order status, delivery area, and traffic conditions.
Address unknown/long-term absenceIf you are absent, the delivery company will post a notice of absence. Please receive it within the storage period stated in the notification. If the storage period is exceeded or the address is unknown, the product will be returned to our shop.
Please note that returned items may not be redeliverable.
Delivery is limited to Japan. In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas.
About sending giftsIt is possible to set a delivery address other than your home.
However, please note that the invoice with the amount written is always attached.
